Terms and Conditions for Workshop Purchase and Participation

 

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the purchase, access, and participation in the JumpSearch Workshops ("the Workshop") provided by JumpSearch ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing access to the Workshop, you ("you", "Participant", "Customer") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

2. Workshop Registration and Payment

  • Registration for the Workshop must be completed through our official website.

  • Full payment is required to secure your place in the Workshop. Payment plans, if available, are subject to separate agreement.

  • All payments are processed securely. Payment details will not be stored by us.

    • Attend all sessions of the Workshop.

    • Complete any assignments or projects given during the Workshop.

4. Workshop Access and Participation

  • The Workshop is delivered in an online format. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology to access the Workshop.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Workshop for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Workshop materials, including but not limited to videos, guides, worksheets, and presentations, are the intellectual property of JumpSearch.

  • Workshop materials are provided for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • Personal information collected during the registration process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • JumpSearch will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Workshop.

  • Our total liability for any claims made relating to the Workshop is limited to the amount you paid for the Workshop.

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Utah law. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah.
